to the purchasers and all administration is dealt with from the address shown on the contact page. If at any time a product is not in
stock then you, as the purchaser, will be provided with our best estimate for
delivery and we will endeavour to keep you informed. We will always deal with
enquires promptly and expect you to receive prompt replies to all e-mail

address unless we receive written instructions, signed by the cardholder, to deliver
to a nominated address.

OTHER WORLD DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE UK:
We are pleased to offer competitive freight charges for most world destinations.
To send products to more than one address it is necessary to
place a separate order for each address. Our quoted charges apply to each delivery.
The delivery charge may exclude a very small number
of locations where carriers add surcharges to their standard conditions of service.
additional delivery charges will be notified to customers with a 'freight quotation'
by mail when your order is received.
When you receive our product -
the invoice will be in the carton. Please unpack the goods and retain the packaging.
If the packaging is damaged on the exterior please note this. Examine the goods
to ensure they are in good condition on arrival and are as you ordered. If the
goods are damaged please notify our office at the address
shown on the contact page within 7 days of
receipt. If any damage has been sustained retain the packaging for possible inspection
by the carriers.
If, within 7 days of receipt, our
product does not meet your expectations you may return the product to us unused
and complete in its original packaging. We will either return the price you paid
for the product less the cost of first delivery or exchange or replace the item.
Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until
it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you ensure that your carrier can provide
a signed proof of delivery.
All prices are in GBP (£sterling).
card or PayPal account will be charged at the time of order. If it is not a UK pounds
sterling account, it will be converted by the credit card company/PayPal at the exchange
rate prevailing when the charge is made.
